Cara membuat Roti Canai
- Siapkan bahan..
- Siapkan wadah, campur semua bahan kering (terigu,garam,gula pasir) aduk pakai tangan perlahan hingga rata..

- Masukan margarin cair aduk dan uleni hingga kalis sampai adonan tidak menempel di tangan, teksturnya kenyal dan lembut..
- Bagi adonan menjadi 8 bagian (sesuai selera aja ya), bulat2kan....siapkan minyak => lumuri setiap bulatan dengan minyak => TUTUP diamkan 1 - 2 jam..
- Setalah 2 jam,ambil 1 bulatan => pipihkan => Gilas dengan rolling pin => olesi margarin cair permukaannya dengan kuas. Tips : untuk efek berlapis potong2/iris memanjang (saya pake roll cutter/pemotong pizza) lalu gulung arah memanjang.... satukan...ditarik sedikit ujung2nya => gulung memutar seperti konde.....ujungnya selipkan kebawah => pipihkan pakai tangan jangan keras2,tekan dengan jari2..
- Panggang diatas teflon yang sudah panas pake API KECIL...... (klo ingin dibuat frozzen food, panggang sebentar saja)....ini PANGGANG SEBENTAR SAJA (ditutup) LALU BALIK.... selesai..
