  1. Siapkan 250 gr of terigu protein tinggi.
  2. Gunakan 2 sdt of gula pasir.
  3. Gunakan 1 sdt of garam.
  4. Dibutuhkan 2 sdm of susu bubuk.
  5. Sediakan 60 gr of margarin cair.
  6. Siapkan 1 of telur.
  7. Siapkan 125 ml of air hangat.
  8. Dibutuhkan Secukupnya of korsvet (bisa butter,margarin).

  1. Campur terigu,gula pasir,garam.
  2. Tambahkan telur,air hangat,mixer asal tercampur saja.adonan memang lembek ya....
  3. Tambahkan margarin cair mixer sampai tidak selengket tadi,bungkus dengan plastik wrap,diamkan minimal 30menit (sy 3jam,mengharapkan autolisis).
  4. Taburi adonan dgn sedikit tepung,ambil secukupnya,gilas,oles dgn korsvet (sy buat setengah cair d panaskan dikit).spy tidak lengket : tangan,alas,rolling pin,adonan yg mau digilas ditaburi terigu.
  5. Gulung memanjang,kemudian gulung membentuk huruf S,timpa gulungan n pipihkan.
  6. Oles teflon dengan sedikit margarin,panggang bolak balik d atas teflon dengan api kecil.hasil 6 pcs.
