Cara membuat Roti canai

- Selagi menunggu adonan yg didiamkan tadi sisa mentga yg 250 gram dicairkan tuk olesan.
- Setelah it ambl satu adonan yg dibulatkan tdi digilas sampai tipis banget lalu olesi mntga cair lalu lipat kya mlipat kipas digulung sprti bntuk 8 bru ditindiskan,ulangi sampai adonan hbis.
- Stlah hbis smua adonan dibentuk br dipanggang diteplon tnp pke minyak ya...klu mau dimsukkan freezer manggamgmya stngah msak ja.....
