- Siapkan 1 sdt of jahe parut.
- Gunakan 0.5 sdt of garam.
- Diperlukan 1 sdm of minyak goreng.
- Sediakan 1 of daun bawang, iris.
- Dibutuhkan of Lada hitam (better yg freshly grinded).
- Dibutuhkan of 🥣 Bahan Saus 🥣.
- Gunakan 2 sdm of soy sauce asin (saya pakai kikkoman).
- Gunakan 2 sdm of mirin.
- Sediakan 2 sdm of sake masak (bisa skip).
- Siapkan 1 sdt of gula pasir.
