Langkah-langkah memasak Char Siu (Chinese BBQ Pork)

  1. Cuci bersih daging lalu belah jadi dua, sisihkan.

Sementara menunggu tambahkan madu kedalam 2 sdm adonan bumbu aduk rata lalu oleskan adonan bumbu ke atas daging panggang lagi selama 10 menit lalu balikkan daging olesi lagi dengan adonan bumbu lalu panggang lagi selama 10 menit atau sampai daging benar-benar matang.
  6. Keluarkan daging dari oven biarkan dingin lalu potong-potong, taruh potongan daging keatas piring lalu sajikan.
